John was born in Newcastle, England and grew up in Albert Lea, Minnesota. John graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and has been working with Express since 1997, helping companies identify top talent and improving their overall performance initiatives. John is a past Board Chair for the Edina Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Gustavus Alumni Committee and is active in helping raise contributions and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network.

Nicole has been helping companies increase productivity and profits since 1998. In her last position she quickly grew her office to a top producing branch, which resulted in a 75% market share within her territory. Nicole has a strong passion for the staffing industry and it shows in her work. Her customers enjoy working with her because she delivers on her promises and is someone they can trust. She also served as a board member for Central MN Manufactures Association as well as the chair for the CMMA Marketing Committee. Nicole has been with Express since March of 2012 as the Manager of Franchise Operations where she works closely with the inside sales teams of all three Twin Cities South offices. “Express is such a great company. DeAnna is the Business Development Manager in the Eagan office. DeAnna is currently an Eagan resident and enjoys being able to work close to home. Since joining the Eagan team, she’s been able to participate in the Dakota County Chamber of Commerce and additional professional organizations within the Eagan community. She is also a volunteer for the Second Harvest and MN Vikings Taste of NFL charitable organization, which raises money to support Twin Cities Summer Lunch Programs for disadvantaged youth. DeAnna has had over 15 years of experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. She has had exposure to various business cultures and industries, which contributes to her comfort level in working with a wide variety of professional organizations. “This is the first position I’ve had where I enjoy coming to work! I don’t look at what I do as doing a job, but as an opportunity to help companies find good people to fill their positions.”
Sara Stubbs, Business Development Manager
Sara is the Business Development Manager in the Edina office. Sara grew up in central Iowa and graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul with a Master’s in Counseling. After graduating, Sara spent two years in Guatemala and six years in San Diego, where she worked as a behavioral therapist, owned and operated her own cookie company, and worked in a sports marketing company. Sara enjoys being outdoors and competing in ultraendurance races throughout the U.S. “I’m very happy to have recently returned to the Twin Cities and to be working with the incredible staff at Express.”

Kayleigh grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southwest Minnesota State University. After graduating, Kayleigh lived in South Korea for three years, teaching English to elementary school students. Kayleigh now works as the Front Office Coordinator for all three Express Twin Cities locations. “I really enjoy getting to know all of the applicants and associates, and being a part of such a great team!”

Kathleen grew up in Bloomfield Hill, Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Kathleen worked for a large staffing company in Troy, Michigan and then later in Chicago’s Loop. She now works as a Staffing Consultant for Express Twin Cities’ Edina branch. “Working as a Staffing Consultant is a very rewarding career. Helping qualified people find great jobs is very personally fulfilling.”

Becky grew up in Wisconsin, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. After graduation, Becky moved to the Twin Cities, where she pursued a career in retail management. During this time, Becky developed her customer service skills and gained experience in increasing the sales in struggling retail stores. Becky’s passions for networking, meeting new people, and being an active member of the business community help her in her role as a Staffing Consultant. “Being a Staffing Consultant allows me to build relationships with our associates and contribute to their work success.”

Hayley grew up in central Iowa, where she graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. After graduation, Hayley worked as an HR consultant with a staffing firm in Ames, IA. Now, Hayley is working for the Express Twin Cities Eagan branch as a Staffing Consultant. “I enjoy getting to know my clients and my associates. It brings me joy to build lasting relationships and to help match our associates with great work opportunities in the St. Paul metro area.”

Lindsay grew up in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities, where she currently resides. She started her career in staffing while working for a smaller recruiting firm. She has received many awards over the years, including recognition as a Top 5 Recruiting Coordinator nationally, and the International Recruiting Coordinator of the year in 2010. Lindsay has a great passion for connecting with her candidates to find the perfect fit for their skills. She enjoys being active in her community, working as the Assistant Coach for her youngest son’s traveling soccer league, playing in an indoor recreational league with other soccer moms, and running in the 2011 Twin Cities Marathon.

Dave grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, where he graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After graduation, Dave pointed his 1972 Chevy Nova north and headed for the Twin Cities, land of opportunity. Now 23 years in the staffing industry later, Dave is an Account Manager for Express. In his free time, Dave likes spending time with his family.
